Market research and deal selection, due diligence and acquisition/disposal services for real estate assets that match our niche focus in residential and heritage commercial buildings.

Structuring
We source senior debt and provide investment structuring through special purpose vehicles.

Investment Management
The Group manages two Singapore real estate value added funds. Clients are accredited investors and institutions. The Calamander Group and its affiliates have consistently outperformed the relevant market benchmarks and most institutional funds.

Property Management
Calamander offers a range of property management services in Singapore for investors through its independent management company. These include:

	Tenant management including tenant selection, tenancy agreements, tenant due diligence and background checks, rental collection, cash management and reporting.
	Fitting out, including fixtures and furnishing.
	Maintenance, insurance, service charges, valuation, legal regulatory and conservation requirements.

Development Management
Calamander has its own design and development interests and can plan, design and build for smaller assets in Singapore and Sri Lanka. The firm specialises in the refurbishment of conservation/heritage commercial buildings and older, secondary market assets that can benefit from repositioning, and partners with Jones Lang LaSalle's for its projects.
